Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Program Management with the Program Team. Ensure that the team is coordinated in meeting Program launch schedules and deadlines Reviews deliverables prepared by team for published reporting Effectively applies company defined methodology and enforces project standards. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and posted appropriately in identified company repository. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Tracks and reports launch pass/fail as part of Key Performance Index (metrics) Promote collaboration, bridge gaps, escalate issues and provide guidance and mentorship to core team. Risk Management: Report health of the program- Program delays, launch impact, reporting and related activities. Single point of contact, 24 x 7 monitoring, problem ownership, problem source identification, statistics reporting, Management reporting and escalation as required.
